After two years of trying to get my language back adding loads of text to our Franconian website and trying to write myself without really getting it, the otherday it simply "started". Words and sentences came out on their own, just like a stream. At that stage I started to create a wordlist to be used for various software and one of them was creating a spell chekcer for Franconian (ISO 639-3 code vmf).
So I got a first list of 450 words and sent it to Kevin Scannell who does magnific stuff with his project An Gramadòir. Yesterday night he sent me the links for the first versions of the OpenOffice.org and Firefox extensions. I am going to pass you these as soon as the spell checkers are more complete. Because this is the next step to go: getting them to a level that they become really useful and also proofread my old writings so that these become better and better.
You know, it is really a particular feeling when you write in your language and can leave the spell checking feature on. You start to see words that don't get underlined in red and therefore are "correct".

You can do the same for your language: just start with any correct wordlist. The "how to update and improve" the spell checker will be described another time.
Of course the data will also go into Ambaradan, our multilingual dictionary which is online only in a test vesion right now, when time is due (Ambaradan on Facebook).
p.s. Should you wonder about my name change, you can read up in a short blog of mine about that.
