We reached the stage where more and more people help us and we need to make sure that the invested time is being used as well as possible. This means we need to avoid double work and a clear organisational structure is needed.

Following our no double effor principle we wish to co-operate as much as possible with already existing teams, for example for technical aspects and User Interface localisation.

Vox Humanitatis will mainly care about contents creation and the localization/translation of it.

Teamleaders needed

For each team we will have one or more teamleaders. Now: who is a teamleader - well we do not normally think in hierarchical terms, so anybodes just does what is needed, but there are normally one or two people who know our projects better and who have more experience when it comes to contributing. Then you have people who are good in explaining things and organisational tasks. Who does what in a team will come out over the time. Normally those who do more automatically assume a leading position. For now we design who is the team leader, because the community is very small. How this will develop over time cannot be foreseen right now. Culture from place to place is different and this difference will be reflected in the teamstructure in the end. If you wish to become a team leader for your language, please let us know. Right now: the first one to apply is the one doing it :-)

Volunteers needed
