SPELLCHECKERS IN 2 SENEGAMBIAN LANGUAGES DONE!
Well, normally we do a translation marathon, but this year due to family reasons I don't have the time to do this quite time consuming organizational work. Therefore I thought about what to do. Well on one hand of course I will go around in all the time I possibly have and tell people about this special day but on the other I want to do something special. The general objectives of the European Day of Languages are to:
There are several occasions during the year we can use to do something for our languages and literacy. Of course literacy starts from children. One of the first books with written words most children hold in their hands are ABC-Books. But many will never have this for their language. We can at least change something: we can make free material available. We will change things one drop at a time.
